Jodi Cloutier, Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
Jodi earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology at Kutztown University in Pennsylvania.  She has been working with animals since 1998, when she took a part time position working at a veterinary clinic and kennel.

She joined the Animal Clinic of Chardon (ACOC) team in early 2002. In May 2007, she graduated from an American Veterinary Medical Association accredited program and passed the Veterinary Technician National Examination, earning her RVT degree.

Jodi was born and raised in eastern Pennsylvania, but now resides in Geneva, Ohio with her four furry kids, Lager and Cade, two black labs, and her cats, Hercules and Kitty (aka Fatty Boon Batty). She enjoys spending time with her friends and being the “aunt” that spoils the kids. She also enjoys reading, working in her yard and playing with the “kids.” Jodi’s favorite part of her job is being able to help our furry companions that can’t speak for themselves.

Rebecca

Rebecca joined the ACOC staff in 2008. She is currently enrolled in Penn Foster College, majoring in Veterinary Technology and anticipates finishing her RVT degree by the end of 2009.

She is happily married to her husband, Shawn, and enjoys working on her parents' farm and anything to with agriculture. She also enjoys outdoor sports and art.

She also assists in surgery and cares for hospitalized patients. Terri has loved and wanted to be near animals for as long as she can remember. Before joining the ACOC, her prior jobs always involved working with animals and she has worked at a stable, a kennel, and a pet store.

Terri and her husband have a son, Rocco, who was born in 2006. She loves being a mother, and along with their son, the Santoro’s have other “kids,” two dogs, Santana and Magoo; three cats, Hazel, Bondo and Willy; and a horse named Andy. In her spare time, Terri enjoys horseback riding, walking with her son and the dogs, doing yard work and reading. She also enjoys teasing her cat with a laser pointer. When she is not with her four-legged children, she is with her family and friends. She became an aunt in 2008, and is eager to watch her nephew, Skyler, grow into a young man. She also enjoys reading, learning, movies, sleeping, bowling and golfing.

As a Veterinary Assistant, she looks forward to learning more every day, and always enjoys her encounters with the animals.  Amanda is also looking to pursue her RVT degree.

Management

Jessi

Jessi Vince, Office Manager
Jessi has been the Office Manager at ACOC since 2001, is the “go to” person for all things concerning running the business end of the Clinic. Her attention to detail makes her well suited for this role.

Although her job doesn’t normally involve working directly with the animals, Jessi loves working in an environment where she is always surrounded by them. Occasionally Jessi can be found working at the front desk, where she enjoys interacting with the clients of ACOC.

She was born and raised in Lyndhurst, Ohio, but now resides in Willoughby with her boyfriend Jon. When not at the Clinic, Jessi enjoys spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephew. An animal lover her entire life, she has a special love for guinea pigs and is an expert in their husbandry. Of course, she doesn’t mind getting her fix of puppy breath, either! She also likes to exercise and has a special interest in health and nutrition, and enjoys traveling, cruises being her favorite mode of travel, as well as escaping to her boyfriend’s cabin, where she enjoys the peace and tranquility it brings.

Joyce Vince, Assistant Office Manager
Joyce began working for ACOC in April 2002. Since then, she has worked part-time as an assistant to Jessi and also helps in reception when needed. Joyce takes on many projects that need done from organizing filing systems to picking out paint colors.

While at the hospital, she loves to help out wherever she can and does what needs to be done to please the clients and their pets. This is her nature – a mom and grandma (currently 3 grandkids and the fourth expected in May 09) – taking care of others is what she knows best! She is also a great cook.  If Joyce manages to find some free time, she enjoys reading, watching “Dancing with the Stars” and getting together with friends.
