Jessi Vince, Office Manager Although her job doesn’t normally involve working directly with the animals, Jessi loves working in an environment where she is always surrounded by them. Occasionally Jessi can be found working at the front desk, where she enjoys interacting with the clients of ACOC. She was born and raised in Lyndhurst, Ohio, but now resides in Willoughby with her boyfriend Jon. When not at the Clinic, Jessi enjoys spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephew. An animal lover her entire life, she has a special love for guinea pigs and is an expert in their husbandry. Of course, she doesn’t mind getting her fix of puppy breath, either! She also likes to exercise and has a special interest in health and nutrition, and enjoys traveling, cruises being her favorite mode of travel, as well as escaping to her boyfriend’s cabin, where she enjoys the peace and tranquility it brings. |
Joyce Vince, Assistant Office Manager
Joyce began working for ACOC in April 2002. Since then, she has worked part-time as an assistant to Jessi and also helps in reception when needed. Joyce takes on many projects that need done from organizing filing systems to picking out paint colors.
While at the hospital, she loves to help out wherever she can and does what needs to be done to please the clients and their pets. This is her nature – a mom and grandma (currently 3 grandkids and the fourth expected in May 09) – taking care of others is what she knows best! She is also a great cook. If Joyce manages to find some free time, she enjoys reading, watching “Dancing with the Stars” and getting together with friends.
