​When you need to leave home for an extended period of time, you don't need to worry when you board your companion animal with the Animal Clinic of Chardon. Boarding is reserved for our current clients only.
 
We care about our guests as much as we do our own, and want to provide them with the best experience possible while you are away. As an animal hospital that also provides pet boarding, you are able to leave your pet with peace of mind knowing it will be in a safe, spacious, climate controlled environment. And, in addition to providing a space that is calm and welcoming, our fully trained staff is on hand to monitor for any medical problems and provide treatment as necessary.
 
Our facility has a number of unique features. An outdoor fenced exercise yard that is monitored by an individual animal care specialist, to ensure all pets are under close supervision. The exercise yard has specialized artificial grass which is antibacterial and flushes waste away from the pet. The boarding areas are climate controlled to keep all pets safe and comfortable, and all canine guests are given a cushioned dog bed to rest on, and felines guests are given bedding and a comforted hiding dome and are equipped with sound to provide soothing music.
 
Our guests receive fresh food and treats to your specifications, and fresh water is available at all times. Playtime is available for those guests with a desire to stay active, and all canine guests are walked 3 times a day. During rest time, and at the end of the day, your pet will find his or her comfy blanket and bed a welcomed retreat second to home.
