Client Service Representative

We are currently looking for a friendly individual with at least 2 years of experience in customer service who willingly offers assistance, is engaging to both clients and pets and smiles while doing so.
​
The Client Service Representative plays a key role in the success of our patients care by providing both the first line of interaction and communication with our clients as well as helping to embody our core values. We believe the right candidate should not only possess a great attitude but also:
  • Highest caliber customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Works to develop personalized relationships with our clients.
  • Gentle and attentive care to both clients and patients.
  • Thrives in a team atmosphere.
  • Additional education or certificates are a plus.

Some required Client Service Representative functions include:
  • Greeting of clients upon arrival, obtaining weights of patients, and escorting of clients and patients to exam rooms.
  • Strong computer and phone skills. Operating a multi-line telephone system. Knowing and mastering the use of our patient management software system.
  • Prepare and present client invoices, receive payments, and properly process money at the end of the day.
  • Answering general questions regarding our services and products including educating clients on non-medical pet care. Prior veterinary experience a plus.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time, stand, stoop, kneel, as well as manipulate (lift, carry, move) up to 50 pounds. Frequent computer and telephone use.
