Favorite thing or most inspiring part of position at ACOC:
 I love that I have the ability to grow and learn and get my foot in the door! Figuring out what you want to do for a career is stressful, but as an ACA, I can take it slow and truly get the exposure I need in the veterinary setting. Seeing all the good this staff does and how they impact the lives of their clients inspires me to be better every day for the furry pets of the world! 

​I love talking to clients about...
Rescues! I truly believe some of the best dogs come from shelters. There are so many great and loving dogs that are available, ones that have been waiting patiently for their forever home! You are giving them the life they deserve. Talk to me about your rescues, where you got them, how they were before and after. Tell me their story! 

Interesting facts:
Some of my hobbies include baking, running, and binge watching the same show over and over again! I believe my love language is cooking and baking and I also have been practicing a bit of cake decorating as well! I do a very poor job...  I am also a sucker for a quick trip to the beach! I love the ocean. It equally fascinates and terrifies me. 

If I wasn't so darned good at my job, I'd probably be.....
One of my dreams is to have my own animal shelter, or even a cat café! I want to help people find their forever best friends. 

If I were a superhero, my superpower would be....
Teleportation, so I can travel the world! 

If I were an animal, I would be a....
A sloth! I've been obsessed with these lazy bears since I was 15! I would sleep all day, take it slow, and chill in the trees. 

What is your favorite ACOC core value and why?
It's hard to choose between passionate and grow. I want to grow and learn because I am passionate about the lives and well-being of our animals! I want to make a difference in their lives, no matter how small of a gesture. I chose to be here and I want to learn! ​
