Favorite thing or most inspiring part of position at ACOC:
Being a part of a team that heals, helps, and cares for so many animals is both humbling and rewarding. I am incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to interact with our patients and boarders all day and make sure they’re comfortable and happy.
I love talking to clients about...
Ask me about training pups! I had the opportunity to work with a professional trainer while training my own good boy, Zeke.
I love all things related to music. I especially love to sing, which is a big part of my life! I took voice and piano lessons before I began my post-secondary education and I’m still singing and performing whenever I can (which is most often in the shower or in the car).
If I wasn't so darned good at my job, I'd probably be.....
In administrative work! I’m currently going to school for business administration and I’d love to be able to manage a veterinary clinic some day.
If I were a superhero, my superpower would be....
My superpower would be mind reading. This would definitely come in handy with our patients!
If I were an animal, I would be a....
I’d be a German Shepherd. I’m sweet and caring, but very protective. I’ll do anything for the people I love.
What is your favorite ACOC core value and why?
My favorite core value at ACOC is that we are Positivity Warriors. Staying positive, enthusiastic, and being adaptable when faced with obstacles are some of the attributes that keep the day-to-day running smoothly. Sharing this value with my team members has made ACOC a supportive and positive environment, for both the staff and the patients.
