Lymph Nodes:
Major paired external lymph nodes are palpable but normal in size, symmetry, and texture. There are no palpably enlarged LN on rectal palpation, palpation of abdomen, or in unexpected locations of the body. Enlargement or irregularity of glandular structures such as the thyroid gland, salivary glands, branchial cysts, etc. will be noted in this section.
